Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Associate - Digital and CRM to execute DISCO’s communications strategy across owned digital channels.

In Short

• Implement and manage DISCO’s communications strategy across digital channels.
• Execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive retention and lifetime value.
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize messaging and user experiences.
• Create, test, and optimize content and messaging for maximum impact.
• Develop a deep understanding of DISCO’s user personas.
• Work daily within DISCO CRM platform (Intercom) for communications.
• Create landing pages using tools like Webflow or Builder.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve communications.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Develop and manage project timelines for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for creating meaningful user experiences.
• Music industry marketing experience preferred.
