Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator with a strong understanding of Linux administration, Google Workspace, and cloud service management, to join our international and dynamic team.

In Short

• Maintain and administer Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and security hardening.
• Manage users, groups, and permissions.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Install, configure, and maintain Tableau Server on Linux.
• Manage Google Compute Engine (GCE) VMs and configure networking components.
• Utilize Cloud Monitoring and Logging for system health and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with other teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical system issues.
• Document system configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Proficient in Tableau Server administration.
• Experienced with Google Cloud Platform services.
• Professional communication skills in English (100% proficiency).
• Experience with other Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
