Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager to serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You’ll be the primary contact for clients and internal teams, managing projects end-to-end while supporting operational initiatives, board meetings, and company offsites. Additionally, you’ll assist the Director of Operations with various tasks to drive company-wide success in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, translating their needs into actionable project plans.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, offsites, and key stakeholder engagements.
• Develop and manage detailed project roadmaps for client and internal projects.
• Execute internal projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Work with growth, finance, and tech teams to align projects with overall company goals.
• Support the Director of Operations with daily tasks and special projects.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage knowledge of generative AI and LLMs to enhance project strategies.
• Utilize generative AI for problem solving and automating day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in tech or AI-driven environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Huge sense of responsibility and ability to execute tasks independently.
• Task oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote, diverse LATAM setting.
• Familiarity with generative AI and LLMs.
• 4+ years of experience working in similar fields.
