Workplace Engineer H/F - Remote

Overview

The Workplace Engineer will be part of the Windows Infrastructure team, contributing to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools, supporting the integration of group entities through profile configuration and application integration activities.

• Collaborate on the design and deployment of strategic projects, particularly on workplace convergence.
• Participate in setting up infrastructures and writing associated documentation.
• Become the technical reference for Workplace and Infrastructure, proposing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Deep expertise in Windows deployment technologies and automation.
• Management, administration, and N3 support/analysis of workstations and infrastructures.
• Creation, installation, configuration, and N3 support of infrastructure equipment based on projects.
• Installation and configuration of security components in collaboration with Security Engineers.
• Continuous evolution of Infra and Workplace supervision with documentation maintenance and updates.
• Ensure formalization and follow-up of team members and propose improvements in processes.
• Work with major clients in banking, insurance, retail, defense, or luxury sectors on innovative projects.

Requirements

• Graduated from an Engineering School or a Master’s degree in IT with at least 3 years of experience as a Workplace Engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure tools like SCCM.
• Excellent understanding of Active Directory/EntraID.
• Experience with Intune Autopilot/White glove/Windows Hello.
• Experience in Azure Active Directory synchronization processes.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM applications.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to qualify and explain client needs, with strong leadership skills.
