Overview

As a Tech Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Devoteam, you will guide the Salesforce development team, architecting and designing complex solutions that create significant value for clients in the Energy & Utilities sector.

In Short

Lead the Salesforce development team.
Design and architect solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Manage technical debt backlog.
Create and maintain application documentation.
Handle infrastructure change requests.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Up to 10 years of experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Experience in designing complex solutions.
Knowledge of GDPR and the Energy & Utilities sector.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
Fluency in English.
