As a Senior Creative Strategist at DEPT®, you will lead digital advertising performance through innovative creative planning and strategic execution, ensuring brand adherence while proposing creative tests to enhance best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy or Digital Marketing.
  • Extensive experience with data-driven creative testing.
  • Knowledge of visual advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, FB/IG).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in team management and mentorship.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.
  • Strong strategic recommendation skills.
  • Agency experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Creator-focused ads is a plus.
