Senior GRC Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Senior GRC Specialist at Delve, you will guide customers through their compliance journey, leveraging your expertise in various cybersecurity frameworks.

In Short

• Lead consultative calls and workshops translating compliance frameworks into actionable roadmaps.
• Serve as the Subject-Matter Expert on cybersecurity frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to integrate audit-readiness into the platform.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with materials and guidance.
• Design and improve internal compliance programs and best practices.
• Coordinate audit readiness assessments and manage evidence collection.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years in GRC, preferably with Big 4 consulting or in-house audit experience.
• Hands-on expertise in SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, with knowledge of HITRUST and FedRAMP a plus.
• Experience in consultative customer engagement including workshops and training.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for teaching and enabling customer success.
