UX/UI Designer (Junior–Mid Level) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer (Junior–Mid Level) to join our team in London or remotely. In this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web-based platforms used across the financial services industry.

In Short

• Design user-centred interfaces for web platforms
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Work alongside product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Work with the marketing team to maintain the website
• Keen attention to detail in all design elements and deliverables
• Incorporate accessibility best practices standards (WCAG 2.2) into design work
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries

Requirements

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for web platforms
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch)
• Solid understanding of responsive design and usability principles
• Excellent communication and collaborations skills
• A detail-oriented mindset and user-first approach to design
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design
• Bonus points for experience using Webflow website builder
