Overview

Delta Dental of Arizona is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join its remote Call Center team, providing support to members, dentists, and brokers while ensuring high-quality service.

In Short

  • Fully remote position.
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 7 am - 6 pm Arizona time.
  • Handle telephone calls and written inquiries from members and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information regarding coverage and claims.
  • Document interactions and update necessary information.
  • Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferred experience with CRM software.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Starting pay range of $16.50 - $18/hour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Knowledge of dental and insurance terminology preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform routine mathematical computations.
  • Evaluate dental records and plan documents.
  • Excellent communication skills.
