In Short

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects related to CDR and CCS.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders for smooth project operations.
  • Develop models for CO2 transportation, injection, and storage.
  • Support the design and construction of CO2 injection facilities and wells.
  • Support the selection of appropriate construction materials and equipment.
  • Conduct risk assessments related to CO2 injection operations.
  • Monitor facility performance and optimize operations based on data.
  • Work in a collaborative environment on cutting-edge projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng) with a Canadian engineering association.
  • 6+ years of industry experience in relevant engineering fields.
  • Willingness to learn engineering modelling software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
