The Kardex Group is looking for a Working Student in Corporate Strategy to support their strategic initiatives while enjoying a flexible work environment.

In Short

• Support and monitor strategic programs for long-term development.
• Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate change management processes.
• Work across different business units and functions.
• Develop executive presentations and decision papers.
• Must be enrolled at a university.
• Flexible remote working options available (60:40).
• Up to 20 hours of work per week.
• Must have strong analytical and strategic skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in German.

Requirements

• Enrolled in engineering or business administration.
• First experience in strategy consulting or project-based work.
• Understanding of strategic directions for long-term initiatives.
• Outstanding analytical competence and strategic thinking.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365.
• Excellent communication skills across hierarchy levels.
• Fluent in English and very good command of German.
