We are seeking a seasoned, entrepreneurial Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our brand, narrative, and growth strategy across multiple business lines in a fast-paced, early-growth environment.

• Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, or climate/cleantech.
• Proven success in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Deep understanding of content marketing and lead generation.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing ops, tools, and analytics.
• Self-starter mindset with project management skills.
• Experience managing agency relationships is a plus.
