Founding Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for our first Founding Marketing Manager to join us on this journey. This is a unique opportunity to design and run the programs that will fuel our sales pipeline from the ground up. You’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that reach enterprise security leaders, working hand-in-hand with our founders and sales team to build scalable growth.

In Short

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and content syndication).
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with target accounts and pipeline goals.
• Build and optimize inbound lead funnels, ensuring quality lead flow for BDRs.
• Own campaign measurement and reporting — track performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Experiment with new channels and tactics to test, learn, and scale what works.
• Support Daylight’s presence at industry events, conferences, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with campaign data, metrics, and dashboards.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable experimenting in a fast-moving startup.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner closely with sales.
