Daybreak Health is on a mission to provide mental health support to young people, and we are looking for a User Growth Lead to enhance our patient acquisition strategies.

In Short

• Develop and optimize patient acquisition funnels.
• Expand referral sources beyond school staff.
• Manage digital marketing strategies including email and social media.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging.
• Analyze digital marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize data-driven insights for campaign performance.
• Report findings to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Drive engagement with families and communities.
• Make a meaningful impact in youth mental health.

Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth marketing.
• Expertise in email marketing, preferably with Iterable.
• Experience in social media channel management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Looker, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious and data-driven mindset.
• B2C marketing experience required.
• Experience marketing to youth preferred.
