Project Engineer - Remote

Overview

We seek a dynamic, customer-facing Project Engineer to work as part of our Professional Services team in the completion of complex IT projects.

In Short

• Integral member of Project Delivery teams providing hands-on technical support.
• Participate in project work plans and report deviations to Project Managers.
• Apply Dataprise methodology and enforce project standards.
• Minimize exposure and risk to Dataprise on projects.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for technical staff.
• Work with account teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Identify resources needed to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide timely communications and updates to relevant parties.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project-based environments.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with storage solutions such as Compellent and Nutanix.
• Experience with cloud providers like Office 365 and AWS.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
