Overview

As a Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding Dashlane’s systems and ensuring that our secure development lifecycle remains cutting-edge. Collaborating across all departments, you will advocate for and implement best-in-class security practices, helping millions of Dashlane users enjoy a safer digital life.

In Short

• Drive the continuous improvement and implementation of Dashlane’s security program.
• Enhance application security processes and tooling to stay ahead of emerging threats.
• Innovate and propose new security features that protect Dashlane and our users.
• Advocate for security through internal training, blog posts, and presentations at conferences.
• Manage and prioritize the product security bug backlog.
• Participate in and refine the security incident response process.
• Conduct research and development to explore new security ideas, tools, and techniques.
• Challenge and inspire the team with forward-thinking security initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in vulnerability research and investigation.
• Strong scripting and development skills (e.g., Bash, Python) and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes clusters).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their security implications.
• Strong interest in cryptography and its application in modern systems.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for secure application development.
