Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure Migration Project) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Darwoft, you will be part of a skilled team leading a major cloud migration project, transitioning from AWS to Azure and helping design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure.

In Short

• Support the implementation of a new Azure environment to complement an existing AWS-based system.
• Build and automate infrastructure components, services, and pipelines using Terraform or similar tools.
• Implement CI/CD processes and integrate DevOps best practices from the ground up.
• Collaborate with cloud architects to align implementation with technical and business requirements.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and cost and suggest improvements where needed.
• Help ensure security and compliance across environments.
• Participate in daily standups and agile ceremonies with the distributed team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Solid hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native architecture.
• Familiarity with AWS to understand parallels and integration points.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity/access management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• English proficiency (B2+).
