As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Developer to design and develop customer-facing training courses and related learning assets.

In Short

• Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) and asynchronous learning materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructors to define course scope and content.
• Structure learning experiences aligned to objectives and adult learning principles.
• Use AI tools to enhance drafting and content quality.
• Ensure materials meet accessibility and quality standards.
• Maintain and update courses based on feedback and evolving product requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and instructional asset development.
• Experience with LMS platforms and project management tools.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience designing and developing ILT and asynchronous eLearning courses.
• Ability to translate technical content into clear, teachable instruction.
• Strong visual communication and layout skills.
• Experience with SCORM packaging and LMS deployment.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
• Experience using screen capture tools and video editing software.
• Familiarity using Google Workspace.
