Overview

CrossFit is looking to hire an Affiliate Marketing Digital Content Contractor for six months, responsible for producing and executing digital content that showcases the value of CrossFit affiliation.

In Short

• Produce and execute digital content for CrossFit's affiliate community.
• Support the Director of Community Marketing with content creation and campaign execution.
• Design social media graphics for affiliate and training channels.
• Update website content and digital assets for affiliate-facing properties.
• Assist in campaign planning and content briefing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content alignment.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work on deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience in digital marketing or creative roles preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital content creation or social media design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of digital content work.
• Experience in writing or editing web copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience supporting marketing or events teams preferred.
• Knowledge of the CrossFit brand or functional fitness space is a plus.
