Mid/Senior Structural Engineer - Remote

Overview

Cromwell is seeking an experienced Mid/Senior Structural Engineer with 5–12 years of experience in a consulting environment, involved in all aspects of structural design, planning, construction, and administration.

In Short

• Perform structural design using Revit, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS
• Review and provide feedback on design documents
• Prepare proposals, studies, reports, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Lead or support project management activities
• Conduct site inspections and project monitoring
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards
• Develop detailed structural design documents
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of structural engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Revit and related tools
• Solid knowledge of structural analysis and design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with spreadsheets and project coordination
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to commute
