In Short
Maintain and update financial scorecards and Excel spreadsheets weekly.
Accurately track sales data and commissions using an enrollment tracker.
Record and manage investor logs.
Reconcile records to align financial data with transactions.
Proactively contact clients who have been declined.
Collaborate with the special financing department.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients.
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies.
Uphold strict confidentiality of financial documentation.
