• Act as the first point of contact for high-end customers regarding API questions and technical issues.
• Ensure data quality and support internal and external inquiries.
• Enhance REST APIs and assist with customer integrations.
• Monitor new technologies and develop automation ideas.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and REST APIs; experience with API integration and SOAP is a plus.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Redshift, DBT, GIT, Airflow, and data profiling.
• Experience in API development and support, preferably in a high-end customer environment.
• Fluent in German and English, able to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Structured and proactive working style with strong analytical skills.
