Senior Product Manager (Structured Credit) - Remote

Overview

Credibur is building the operating platform for non-bank lending, automating the entire debt facility lifecycle from facility structuring and SPV setup to portfolio reporting, covenant monitoring, drawdowns, and backup servicing. We partner with BNPL providers, factoring companies, SME lenders, and institutional investors such as credit funds and banks, and are backed by leading fintech investors.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our structured credit modules and drive them from concept to delivery.

In Short

• Own and refine product modules for facilities, SPVs, portfolios, covenants, and reporting.
• Work directly with the founder and a small team of engineers to design and deliver features.
• Turn structured credit workflows into usable software.
• Engage with pilot customers to capture needs and feed them into the roadmap.
• Define and monitor key KPIs.
• Test, document, and release features in short iterations.
• Support pilots and onboarding of institutional customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in structured credit, securitization, or structured finance.
• Deep knowledge of facilities, SPVs, covenants, loan tapes, and reporting flows.
• Proven ability to translate financial workflows into software products.
• Experience in fintech, banking, asset management, or servicing.
• Technical fluency with APIs and data models.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach - comfortable in a tiny early-stage team.
• Strong communication skills for bridging customer needs and engineering delivery.
