In Short

Design user experiences for a central digital portal.
Develop a scalable design system.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
Apply established UX methods and design principles.
Create interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user interviews and usability tests.
Communicate UX concepts to stakeholders.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Practical experience in UX methods and design principles.
Experience in developing design systems.
Experience in user interviews and usability testing.
Proficiency in creating prototypes, ideally with Figma.
Fluent in German and very good English skills.
Strong communication skills and structured working style.
Nice-to-have: experience in healthcare and basic programming knowledge.
