In Short

• Seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our design team.
• Work on projects related to the United States Space Force.
• Conduct user research to build empathy and create actionable outcomes.
• Advocate for end users in application design development.
• Monitor overall application look and feel.
• Collaborate with programmers and other team members.
• Experience with mobile and web-based applications is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capabilities is essential.
• Preferred experience in front-end JavaScript development.
• Open to travel for in-person meetings.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in UX Design.
• Strong knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in creating flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with agile and lean methodologies.
• Ability to balance customer and user feedback effectively.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of US Air Force and/or US Space Force digital trends is a plus.
• Designer must be eligible for SECRET level clearance or higher.
• Must conduct oneself professionally and respectfully.
