Transaction Associate - Remote

Overview

The Transaction Associate is responsible for working under the guidance of the Vice President of Transactions to facilitate the tenant and landlord representation in real estate transactions. Your goal is to build strong client relationships and procure those relationships to hit real estate transaction targets. This position has no direct reports.

• Accountable for sourcing and procuring tenant and landlord clients and driving transaction volume.
• Conduct thorough market research on commercial real estate trends.
• Analyze market data to assist clients in decision-making.
• Establish relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors.
• Provide guidance on market conditions and investment opportunities.
• List commercial properties and prepare marketing materials.
• Negotiate lease agreements on behalf of clients.
• Oversee the transaction process and ensure compliance.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Must be a licensed real estate broker or associate broker.
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets.
• Ability to analyze market data and financial reports.
• Proficient with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
