Internship in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain - Remote

At Craftly, we produce and distribute various do-it-yourself kits for beverages, food, and cosmetics worldwide under the brands DoYourGin, Craftly, and MUYbody. We have already reached hundreds of thousands of customers in the EU and the USA and are multiplying every year. In Short

• Support logistics planning and optimization, including communication with suppliers and customers.
• Create and evaluate international procurement requests, managing material procurement and analyzing supplier offers.
• Develop presentations, data analyses, and reports to identify trends and patterns.
• Assist with After Sales activities in order, customer, and review management.
• Data-driven business development and market research.
• Manage accounting processes in the EU and USA.
• Assist with monthly tax submissions in the EU and USA.

Requirements

• Student/apprentice in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales).
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, production, business administration, and sales.
• Initiative, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Experience with common office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and ideally with Google Workspace.
• Initial experience in e-commerce is an advantage.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to structure tasks independently while taking responsibility for results.
