Director of Data Integrations - Remote

Overview

Since 1972, Covenant House has served and advocated for youth and young families experiencing homelessness, human trafficking, and exploitation. Our overarching goal is to end homelessness among youth and young families by helping them achieve housing stability, heal from trauma, tap into their innate resilience, and hone their interests and skills to forge new pathways to independence. This work is carried out across Covenant House sites in 34 cities in the US, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to data integration and migration.
• Assess existing integration points and optimize them for maximum data capture.
• Identify opportunities for additional integrations and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support database conversion and migration projects as the Data Mapping lead.
• Maintain a calendar of work related to recurring flat file imports.
• Collaborate with the Data Operations team for data integrity projects.
• Maintain the library of import templates within the CRM.
• Proficiency in data investigation and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience building and maintaining API connections.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in non-profit technology stacks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mapping and loading data.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated comfort with a rapidly changing environment.
• Prior experience with CRMs and project management tools.
