In Short

• Independent execution of monthly payroll processing (digital & across clients)
• Maintenance and management of employee master data as well as notification and certification processes
• Contact person for clients regarding payroll tax and social security law questions
• Communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and our partner tax consultancy
• Support in building and optimizing digital payroll processes
• Collaboration on the integration of HR tools (e.g., Personio, DATEV, Lexoffice)
• Close cooperation with our product team to automate processes

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk, payroll accountant, or comparable commercial qualification
• Several years of professional experience in payroll processing, ideally in a tax consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
• Proficient in DATEV LODAS/Payroll and alternatively experience with Personio, Lexoffice, or similar HR/Payroll systems
• Enjoyment of digital tools, automation, and modern working methods
• Independent, structured working style and team orientation
