Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW (Part-Time) - Remote

Overview

Cortica is looking for a remote part-time Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) to join its growing multi-disciplinary team! The ideal candidate must hold a current Massachusetts license or be actively pursuing licensure in the state.

In Short

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.
• Attend to relational ethics and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
• Comply with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Maintain documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Current unrestricted license to practice as LMFT, LCSW, LMHC in Massachusetts.
• Available to work 3-5 evenings per week, between 2-7pm.
• Knowledgeable in various psychotherapy treatment approaches.
• Commitment to exceptional client care.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other disciplines.
• 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
