Overview

Cornerstone Family Healthcare is actively recruiting for a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in Newburgh.

In Short

• Conduct complete nutrition assessments and determine nutrition risk.
• Provide breastfeeding assessment and counseling.
• Develop and implement individual care plans for participants.
• Refer high-risk participants to health-related services.
• Prescribe and reissue food packages as needed.
• Document participant-centered nutrition education and counseling.
• Track progress of high-risk participants.
• Provide leadership in nutrition services and training.
• Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of Cornerstone Family Healthcare.
• Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nutritional Sciences or related field.
