Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

CoreSphere is seeking a Senior-Level Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Practice. Successful candidates will be responsible for growing the Salesforce and aid in application development on the Salesforce platform. Since much of the work of this role is client-facing, the ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is critical for success. Candidate should be a driven individual with excellent communication skills who takes the ownership of their tasks to see them through completion. The candidate should be a team player willing to work in a high-paced environment. This position is 100% remote.

In Short

• Designing, developing and supporting business application functionality.
• Perform fit-gap analysis mapping business requirements to Salesforce best practices.
• Declarative solutioning using Salesforce cloud offering.
• Operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes for Salesforce.com platform.
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting.
• Design and development of API integrations.
• Assess risks and offer mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with customers to understand user stories.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with Agile Methodology.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Salesforce Program.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, APIs, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Solutioning Custom Objects and Salesforce Flows.
• Certified Salesforce System Administrator.
• Certified Salesforce Developer.
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
