An experienced Litigation Paralegal is needed to provide essential support to U.S. law firm clients, focusing on civil litigation.

• Fully remote position for candidates based in Colombia.
• Full-time work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Colombia Time).
• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Manage case files and ensure document accessibility.
• Coordinate communication with clients and court personnel.
• Handle administrative tasks related to litigation.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures.
• Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
• Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
