Senior Game Designer - LiveOps & Product Strategy - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Game Designer with LiveOps and Product Strategy experience to become the key force behind the LiveOps strategy for our free-to-play titles. Your role will combine the creative ingenuity of game design with the analytical mindset of Product Management. You’ll dive deep into market research, uncovering trends and fresh opportunities to propel our titles forward, while continuously optimizing the player experience using data and KPIs. You'll champion the delivery of top-notch products, becoming an integral part of an agile, multidisciplinary, and creatively charged game development team.

In Short

• Own the full LiveOps lifecycle for casual free-to-play web and mobile titles.
• Define LiveOps strategy and content roadmap focusing on events and promotions.
• Design and implement in-game experiments and iterate based on player data.
• Stay updated on casual gaming market trends and competitor titles.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on LiveOps plans and product vision.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.
• Guide and inspire junior game designers.
