CRM Administrator (Salesforce) - Remote

Overview

The CRM Administrator (Salesforce) will optimize the use of Salesforce CRM to drive efficiency, enhance data integrity, and support the strategic goals of a climate charity.

In Short

• Part-time role, 20-25 hours per week.
• Remote working with preference for Cornwall-based applicants.
• Focus on administration, configuration, and development of Salesforce CRM.
• Provide technical and user support.
• Manage user accounts and data integrity.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide training and documentation for users.
• Work with other data tools like Power BI and GA4.
• Contract type: Fixed-term, 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce CRM administration.
