Overview

As a Staff Engineer in Growth engineering at CookUnity, you will be instrumental in building and delivering a world-class experience to our customers while defining and upholding the highest engineering standards.

In Short

Serve as the subject matter expert in front end technologies including React and NextJs.
Mentor and educate developers on clean code methodologies.
Work cross-functionally with Product and Design teams.
Implement best practices to enable faster quality code shipping.
Prior experience in building complex customer-facing applications.
Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
Willingness to experiment with new technologies.
Handle ambiguity and evolving priorities effectively.
Natural leadership qualities to inspire teams.
Advanced level of English required.

Requirements

Experience in fast-paced environments is preferred.
Ability to thrive in small, collaborative engineering teams.
Experience in the food technology sector is a plus.
