Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in building and deploying recommendation and search systems.
• Strong background in machine learning and personalized algorithms.
• Practical experience with scalable recommendations and search.
• Knowledge of generative AI applied to recommendation and search.
• Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, or similar languages.
• Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of algorithmic design.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
