Overview

The People Data & Insights Analyst at CookUnity will provide operational and strategic analytics to enable data-led decision making, helping to identify trends that improve recruiting, employee performance, engagement, and retention.

• Analyze and present people-related data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Curate data from various HR systems like ADP and HRIS.
• Translate complex data into understandable narratives for stakeholders.
• Create insightful presentations and dashboards using Tableau.
• Provide strategic decision support to Business and HR leaders.
• Collaborate on projects aimed at improving HR processes through data insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of people-related data.
• Conduct workforce/labor management analysis.
• Implement improvements to enhance data processes.
• Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a data and analytics role.
• Advanced English Skills.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Skilled in creating presentations and dashboards.
• Ability to interpret and tell a compelling story through data insights.
