Overview

As the Head of Brand & Strategic Communications, you will own the company’s strategic narrative, positioning, and messaging focused on government, defence, and institutional stakeholders.

• Define and maintain the company-wide messaging framework.
• Translate geopolitical and defence policy developments into communication narratives.
• Own the company’s tone of voice and brand positioning.
• Support engagement with key industrial and political circles.
• Act as strategic communications partner to senior leadership.
• Ensure alignment between communications and various teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications or public affairs.
• Background in defence, aerospace, or government-facing industries.
• Proven experience in B2G communications.
• Excellent writing and narrative-building skills in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
• High sensitivity to geopolitical and reputational risks.
