Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Analyst will play a key leadership role in building and scaling ConnectPrep’s analytics function. This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining data systems, driving business insights through advanced analytics, and supporting key initiatives across operations, curriculum development, and marketing.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Own the full analytics workflow, including data extraction (SQL).
• Design and evaluate A/B tests for product and content experimentation.
• Develop predictive models for personalized learning.
• Partner with internal teams to define data requirements.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop internal data best practices.
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Ability to manage and communicate data projects independently.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools and data warehouse architecture.
• Excellent communication skills.
