Overview

As a Systems Engineer L2, you will provide second-level technical infrastructure support for an Australian Managed IT Services Provider, ensuring compliance with agreed service level agreements.

In Short

• Provide 2nd level technical infrastructure support.
• Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide escalated support from Level 1.
• Create knowledgebase articles and process documents.
• Provide after-hours on-call/weekend assistance.
• Working experience with Office 365, Vmware, and Windows Server.
• 3+ years experience with monitoring tools like N-able/Solarwinds.
• Experience with Fortigate firewall is a plus.

Requirements

• Working experience with Office 365 Administration.
• Vmware administration.
• Windows Server administration.
• Solid experience in Networking and Firewall technologies.
• 3+ years experience with N-able/Solarwinds or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with Fortigate firewall is nice to have.
• Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
