School Based Licensed Counselor / Therapist - Remote

Overview

CT Institute For Communities, Inc. / CIFC Health is seeking to hire a licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide school-based therapy to CIFC Health patients. Therapist can provide occasional remote / tele treatment to clients. This position is be a full-time, school year (44 week) position. Typical hours are 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

In Short

• Provide school-based therapy to students.
• Conduct diagnostic psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop care plans with clients and families.
• Offer individual, family, or group therapy.
• Perform crisis interventions as needed.
• Document all clinical interventions according to policy.
• Coordinate with psychiatric consultants for treatment needs.
• Encourage clients to express their feelings.
• Maintain awareness of new developments in the field.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must hold current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
