Overview

Conducive Consulting is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer specializing in Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to design, implement, and optimize enterprise observability solutions for our clients.

In Short

• Design, deploy, and configure Splunk ITSI solutions for enterprise clients.
• Develop service hierarchies, KPIs, glass tables, and episode review configurations.
• Implement entity modeling and service templates aligned with business services.
• Integrate Splunk ITSI with infrastructure, application, and cloud monitoring tools.
• Build correlation searches, threshold policies, and adaptive thresholding models.
• Optimize ITSI performance and scalability.
• Lead client workshops to define observability strategy and service modeling frameworks.
• Develop documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and client teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise.
• 2+ years of experience implementing Splunk ITSI in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations and ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency with SPL (Search Processing Language).
• Experience with event correlation and alert tuning.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
