Overview

The Manager, Remote Support at Condé Nast will lead a global support team, providing first and second line support for Mac and Windows systems, while managing a team of support engineers across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in leading support teams.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory Administration.
  • Strong network troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with G-Suite and Office365.
  • Ability to work under SLA’s and ITIL based processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with remote support tools like Bomgar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.
