• Define the key questions linking epigenetic signature to germline competence and meiotic progression.
• Benchmark our cells against in vivo counterparts and identify discrepancies.
• Derive and benchmark new pluripotent cell lines.
• Collaborate with a computational biology scientist for cross-species comparisons.
• Drive experiments with our cell engineering team to explore epigenetic perturbations.
• Design and interpret assays of epigenetic state.

Requirements

• PhD in epigenetics, developmental biology, genetics, stem cell biology or related field.
• Strong publication record on epigenetics of pluripotency or early development.
• Hands-on human ES/iPSC culture experience.
• Deep expertise in histone modification and DNA methylation profiling.
• Experience designing and interpreting datasets like ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq.
• Working knowledge of X-chromosome dynamics and genomic imprinting.
• Ability to collaborate with computational biologists.
