Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019).
• Expertise in Active Directory and network operations.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking.
• Knowledge of storage solutions: SAN, NAS, DAS.
• Familiarity with Hyper-V and Windows Clustering.
• Understanding of NTFS/Share Permissions and File Sharing.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance monitoring skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in technical support or I.T. consulting.
• Ability to guide customers in best practices and risk management.
