In Short

• Assist in the direction and management of program’s executive support group.
• Perform financial tasks for DISA projects, including billing and internal audits.
• Manage project financials and serve as a liaison between project management and finance.
• Fulfill project accounting and cost reporting requirements for multiple projects.
• Create and maintain the programs indirect budget tracking spreadsheet.
• Analyze and present financial reports and revenue variance.
• Track project costs and monitor performance against baseline.
• Create purchase requisitions for subcontractor labor and direct costs.
• Submit monthly financial reports for government tracking.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding contract documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is desired.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks.
• Experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) customer environment.
• Ability to communicate with the Accounting Manager about billing opportunities.
• Experience preparing final invoice packages for billable projects.
• Ability to research unbilled issues to optimize billing.
