Overview

As a Junior Technical Product Owner at Companjon, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technical development and implementation of insurance solutions in our core insurance platform.

In Short

• Support the technical onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management of business partners.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Managers for end-to-end product management.
• Oversee the development and configuration of insurance products.
• Elicit, analyze, and communicate technical requirements.
• Coordinate testing and validation with the Quality Assurance team.
• Provide support for production troubleshooting.
• Implement changes and improvements for products.
• Represent technical solutions to distribution partners.
• Coordinate with technology partners for new features.
• Manage technical documentation for applications and APIs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or tech project management.
• Experience in modern web development and Java-based backend architecture.
• Experience in working in agile teams.
• Experience in SaaS technology management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
