Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for Finance Systems at Coinbase, you will drive automation through an integrated suite of enterprise systems, focusing on optimizing finance business processes and supporting the growth of the company.

• Partner with Finance/Accounting to determine optimal technology solutions.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement product roadmap for NetSuite and other financial applications.
• Create product management artifacts like Functional Specifications and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Design scalable solutions in NetSuite including customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement automations.
• Lead integration and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and prioritize backlog.
• Support business process transformation initiatives.
• Conduct application demos and user training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finance-related business processes.
• Deep understanding of Record to Report Finance Business processes.
• 5+ years of system administration experience with ERPs like NetSuite.
• 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience with various NetSuite modules.
• 3+ years of experience with large scale ERP implementations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
• Knowledge of production support and incident management processes.
• Desire to learn new systems and act autonomously.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
