In Short

• Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to deployment.
• Main point of contact for the customer and the Coalfire team.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all phases.
• Manage day-to-day activities and resources on project engagements.
• Provide status reporting on project milestones and risks.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
• Responsible for project scope, budget, timelines, and communication.
• Monitor and control issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Develop progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet established quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Experience managing penetration testing projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Ability to support Cyber Security Services teams in the US.
• Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams through full project life cycle.
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
• Proven success managing several projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management governance for a centralized PMO.
